How to Use Avamys Nasal Spray

  • Shake the Avamys Nasal Spray gently before each use.
  • Clear your nasal passages by blowing your nose before using the spray.
  • Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed.
  • Breathe in gently through your nose and press down on the spray nozzle to administer the medication.
  • Repeat the process for the other nostril if directed by your healthcare provider.
