Warnings When Using Zolmitriptan Orodispersible
Do not use Zolmitriptan Orodispersible if:- You have uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- You have ischemic heart disease (e.g., angina, heart attack).
- You have severe liver disease.
- You are taking other medications that interact with zolmitriptan, such as ergotamine or MAO inhibitors.
Directions
How to Take Zolmitriptan Orodispersible
- Place one orally disintegrating tablet on your tongue and allow it to dissolve without chewing.
- Swallow the dissolved tablet with saliva. You do not need water to take this medication.
- Take the tablet as soon as you experience migraine symptoms. It can be taken with or without food.
- If your symptoms improve after taking the first tablet but return later, you may take a second tablet after at least 2 hours, up to a maximum of two tablets in 24 hours.
