Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return a non-prescription-only-medicines from the date you received an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase. Email info@mypharmacyclinics.co.uk for returns information.

Prescription-Only-Medicines

If you have been provided with the wrong prescription-only-medicines (POMs) or upon receipt of delivery, the packaging is damaged or could have been tampered with, please let us know immediately and do not use them. We shall advise you regarding the appropriate disposal and re-ordering. If you have paid for your POMs, you will be refunded any amounts due if the POMs are wrong, damaged or faulty. You are not otherwise entitled to cancel an order for a POM and receive a refund if you simply change your mind.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds cannot be processed in our in-store pharmacies. For returns information, email info@mypharmacyclinics.co.uk.

Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
