What is Desloratadine?

Desloratadine is a non-drowsy antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itchy throat. It is also used to treat chronic hives (urticaria) and itching. Desloratadine is effective for 24 hours with a single dose.
